Baby Santoku Knife Eggshell
Nomi is the new Swedish brand taking a modern approach to the world of kitchen knives. Sleek and dependable, this knife is as satisfying in use as it is on your knife rack.
A baby version of the favorite Santoku knife! Smaller, lighter and with a thinner blade Nomi wanted the baby santoku to be the ultimate knife for precise prep work. Think garlic, limes, ginger, marzano tomatoes or topping of strawberries. Quick and easy to work with, giving great control also for bigger tasks like trimming meat or deboning a chicken. Or give that platter some character by serving it as a cheese knife.
The full length of the knife is 23.5cm and the bade itself is 12x3.6cm.
Patterns are unique and may differ slightly from visual representation.

Nomi is the new Swedish brand taking a modern approach to the world of kitchen knives.
-
Instead of leaning toward Japanese tradition or the classic bistro knife, Nomi explores what a contemporary and inspiring kitchen knife can look and feel like. The handles are handmade outside Milan in bio-resin containing 30% vegetable waste.
-
With a minimalist silhouette, premium materials, and experimental handles, the brand sees the kitchen knife as an interior design object—as natural in the home as a vase or a candleholder.
