You have the possibility to return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Send us an email with your order number if you have any products you wish to return. You have 14 days from the day you noticed us about the return, to ship back your order. Gift wrap is not refundable.

The minimum return cost in Denmark is 55 DKK pr parcel.
When shipping back items make sure to:
Step 1:
Securely wrap the items in the original packaging.
Step 2:
Pack the items in a box so they can't move. Add space around the items and add additional protection.
Step 3:
Make sure to receive a receipt at the parcel shop when returning the parcel.
Products have to be returned in the same condition and same numbers as when they where purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted or refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
We do not accept DAO return parcels.
