    1. Enter your email in the subscription section below.

    2. Confirm your subscription by pressing the link 'Yes, subscribe me to this list' in the confirmation email.

    3. Our 'welcome email' including the discount code will be sent to you shortly after your confirmation.

  • Reach out via email on hello@kiosk48th.com and we will update your information right away.

  • Yes - we can easily change your order or add more items, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Simply send an email to hello@kiosk48th.com with your order number.

  • Cancellation of orders must be done in writing to hello@kiosk48th.com with no exceptions. Remember to include your order number. Please be aware that it is only possible to cancel your order, if we have not processed it yet.

  • Please send us an email with your order number (to be found in the order confirmation) along with a photo of the broken item + shipping box, and we’ll find a suitable solution as soon as possible. You can reach out at hello@kiosk48th.com.

  • You have the possibility to return the item(s) and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your order. Send us an email on hello@kiosk48th.com with your order number and information about the item(s) you wish to return.

    Please note that all products must be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.

  • All orders placed on our website are shipped from our office in Denmark. If an item is shipped from another location you will be notified.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. If you experience that your shipping country is missing at checkout, please contact us at hello@kiosk48th.com and we will be happy to set it up immediately.

  • Yes. There are some new rules we have to pay attention to regarding Brexit, therefore we are only able to ship orders for UK with a minimum of  £135 / 1130 DKK. Please note that import charges are not included and might be added at the UK customs. For more informations regarding import contact the UK government. 

  • Yes, we do offer free shipping to selected EU countries.

    Denmark:
    Free shipping on all orders above 650 DKK

    Europe:
    Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Monaco 

    Free shipping on orders above €120

  • The delivery cost depends on the shipping destination along with the weight of the order. For detailed information, please visit our Shipping page here.

  • We strive to send all orders within 1-3 business days, but most often we are shipping orders the same day as they are placed.
    Delivery time depends on the shipping destination.

    Denmark:
    1-3 business days.

    Europe:
    2-7 business days.

    World:
    3-8 business days.

  • We can set up an international Express delivery with DHL for you. Please send an email at hello@kiosk48th.com, if this service is missing at check out.

  • Danish and Swedish orders are dispatched with Postnord.

    European orders are dispatched with Postnord and will upon arrival at the shipping country be handed over to DPD or a similar carrier.

    You are able to chose DHL Express at check out to some european destinations.

    International orders are dispatched with DHL Express.

  • No. As a standard procedure, international delivery charges are estimated and these are based on a kerbside delivery only with Duty Unpaid. Therefore, you as a customer are liable for any import duties and/or local taxes that may be added. Unfortunately KIOSK48TH is unable to offer guidance on duties or taxes. We recommend that you contact your local import office for help. We ship all orders from our office in Denmark.
