An expressive and textured pastel drawing depicting a close-up study of what could be a gnarled tree trunk and branches. The artwork features bold, dynamic strokes and a rich color palette of deep greens, earth tones, and striking white highlights that emphasize the rough texture. Signed and dated (most likely) '99 by the artist in the lower right corner. Housed in a simple, contemporary aluminium frame.
