When making a purchase on our website you give KIOSK48TH the authorisation to make the withdrawal. We accept payment by mobilepay, applepay, visa, visa dankort and mastercard. For special inquires, please contact us for further information at hello@kiosk48th.com.
Payments will be processed upon shipment of the order.
When purchasing pre-order products, a prepayment will occur. This means that your payment will, in exceptional cases, be processed before it is shipped.
All prices on the website are in danish kroner DKK (unless changed) and includes danish vat which is 25%. Orders placed within the european union should not be subject to additional taxes, whereas countries outside the eu may charge custom fees. KIOSK48TH cannot be held responsible for any delay at the customs or extra charges.
Gift cards are valid for two years from the purchased date. If you wish to return items payed with gift cards KIOSK48TH will issue a new gift card matching the order value (minus return costs).
KIOSK48TH can not be held responsible for typos in address, email, phonenumbers or other personal informations regarding shipping.
We would like to inform you that the stock status of your items may change, and we reserve the right to make adjustments to your order if necessary.In case the stock status of your ordered items may change or is out of stock, we reserve the right to make adjustments to your order if necessary. In this case, we will make a notice via email.

All orders are ready to be dispatched within 1-4 days. Shipping costs will be added and depends on your location and weight of the parcel. All orders are insured in case of damage.

General: It is possible to choose specific pick-up locations during check out in some contries. There is a possibility that the pick-up location is filled and PostNord/DPD is unable to deliver the parcel at the specific location - the parcel will in that case be moved to the closest pick-up point.

You have the possibility to return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Send us an email with your order number if you have any products you wish to return. You have 14 days from the day you noticed us about the return, to ship back your order. Gift wrap is not refundable.
The minimum return cost in Denmark is 55 DKK pr parcel.
Products have to be returned in the same condition as when they where purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted or refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
The return costs are not refunded or paid by KIOSK48TH - you can arrange the shipping yourself or buy a return label via KIOSK48TH. Please note returns have to be shipped directly to our address below and we do not accept DAO return parcels. Please note that we do not offer return labels to all destinations - in this case the costumer is responsible for the return. Orders/parcels returned too late and without notifying us by email will be rejected.KIOSK48TH can not be held responsible for typos in address/house number, email, phone numbers or other personal informations regarding shipping. If your order has been returned due to typos in personal information, we can re-ship (new shipping costs will be added) or cancel your order upon arrival at our office. If parcels are rejected by the costumer, all shipping costs are paid by the costumer and will not be refunded by KIOSK48TH. KIOSK48TH cannot be held responsible for packages left behind at the post office. The customer will be charged for the costs of the return shipping and administrative costs.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at hello@kiosk48th.com as soon as noticed (within 24 hours) and attach a photo of the damaged item inside the original box (important).

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to KIOSK48TH within a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
