Terms of purchase
When making a purchase on our website you give KIOSK48TH the authorisation to make the withdrawal. We accept payment by mobilepay, applepay, visa, visa dankort and mastercard. For special inquires, please contact us for further information at hello@kiosk48th.com.
All prices on the website are in danish kroner and includes danish vat which is 25%. Orders placed within the european union should not be subject to additional taxes, whereas countries outside the eu may charge custom fees. KIOSK48TH cannot be held responsible for any delay at the customs or extra charges.
Gift cards are valid for two years from purchased date.
KIOSK48TH can not be held responsible for typos in address, email, phonenumbers or other personal informations regarding shipping.

Delivery
All orders are ready to ship within 1-4 days. Shipping costs will be added and depends on your location and weight. All orders are insured in case of damage.

General: It's possible to choose specific pick-up locations during check out in some contries. There is a possibility that the pick-up location is filled and PostNord is unable to deliver the parcel at the specific location - the parcel will in that case be moved to the closest pick-up point.
Returns
You have the possibility to return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Send us an email with your order number if you have any products you wish to return. You have 14 days from the day you noticed us about the return, to ship back your order.
The return costs are not refunded or paid by KIOSK48TH - you can arrange the shipping yourself or buy a return label via KIOSK48TH. Please note returns have to be shipped directly to our address below.
KIOSK48TH can not be held responsible for typos in address/house number, email, phone numbers or other personal informations regarding shipping. If your order has been returned due to typos in personal information, we can re-ship (new shipping costs will be added) or cancel your order when arrival at our office.
Advent calendars can only be returned as one unit including all four gifts.
Gift cards are valid for two years from purchased date. If you wish to return items payed with gift cards KIOSK48TH will issue a new gift card matching the order value (minus return costs).
KIOSK48TH is not responsible for packages left behind at the post office. The customer will be charged for the cost of return shipping and administrative costs.
Products have to be returned in the same condition as when they where purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at hello@kiosk48th.com as soon as noticed (within 24 hours) and attach a photo of the damaged item inside the original box (important).

Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to KIOSK48TH Aps in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
Privacy policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can request to have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with KIOSK48TH Aps, we need the following information:

The personal information is registered with KIOSK48TH Aps, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

The director and employees for KIOSK48TH Aps have access to the information recorded about you.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with KIOSK48TH Aps, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact hello@kiosk48th.com .

Fraud
KIOSK48TH reserves the right to cancel and refund all orders that are suspected of being fraudulent. We reserve the right to pass on transaction information even if necessary, if requested to the official authority or payment partner in the event of suspicion of fraudulent transactions or identity theft.
